Just about anyone can have a fence around their pool in the Bucktoe Manor Homeowners Association, even without seeking advance permission. Anyone. Except those who are homosexuals.
Two young men requested permission to build a swimming pool and they put up a six foot fence, almost identical to many other fences in the subdivision. Neighbors who filed a lawsuit insisted that the gay couple’s fence would bring down their property values.
The judge issued a biting 18 page opinion that really is worth reading. It’s linked below.
It’s not a swimming pool, a fence, or a gay couple that destroys property values. It’s racism, extreme prejudice and hatred that brings those house prices down.

It’s about time a judge see these cases for what they are! Selective discrimination, in some case along with knowing fraudulent filings in the courts, slapp, hate crimes, crimes and/or abuses inflicted based upon jealousy, dislike, envy and greed, or other unwarranted agenda and I believe many are, or become criminal. Almost every HOA case I have ever seen across America, but especially in Pennsylvania, and Monroe County, Pennsylvania specifically, the judges, or former judges actually ignore the laws, rights, due process and any other protection an HOA homeowner has for the abusive and criminal HOA boards and some attorneys and other accomplices carrying out these crimes and legal and judicial abuses and injustices.. One former judge, and al least one magistrate actually facilitated and assisted the HOA criminals in stealing finances, frauds upon the courts, selective discrimination, discrimination based upon gender, disability, family status and more abuses and did not care! Then, the attorneys for the victimized HOA homeowner is in on it also sometimes. All, so they can make their intended victim(s) financially crippled and steal their homes and equity and in some cases they want the marginalized, terrorized, abused and vulnerable people they created also! It is criminal beyond ones wildest imagination. Living through it is a nightmare and worse. It is life crippling for their victims and the predators and perpetrators know this as well. “There is no justice for women in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, unless the woman can pay for it and they have known this since 1962…” as one HOA victim was advised by a now former Monroe County, PA Commissioner. There is more to what this victim was told and it is just as bad, if not worse. Judge Jeffrey R. Sommer,, the judge who wrote this decision, needs to educate all the other judges in Pennsylvania and across America the truth about what is behind the HOA evil empires in Pennsylvania and elsewhere in America so these injustices, crimes, destruction and devastation of lives and families and property and equity thefts can come to an end in Pennsylvania and across America!!
I wish my HOA would mess up this badly so we’d finally be able to get media attention and legislator attention.
