For many years I’ve read and reported on cancer-sniffing dogs, and African Giant Pouched Rats that can be trained to sniff out just about every kind of disease. In East Africa they’re now using the trained rats in prisons to sniff out tuberculosis. Their accuracy rate is almost 100%.
LOL! If these rats are so good why can’t we train them to sniff out HOA scumbags?!?

This is only vaguely related to Homeowners Associations. But since HOA board members love to call the cops on what they claim are rogue homeowners, this is some of the most profoundly important information you’ll ever hear.
As a lifelong investigative reporter I’ve heard this lesson many times from friends who are lawyers. Most people just don’t ‘get it.’ But you have protections in the Constitution’s Bill of Rights…only if you exert them. If your HOA calls the cops, USE the information in the video linked below, or REGRET it!
Why does a family with a handicapped child even have to go through this kind of a lawsuit?

Yes, always, always learn from your enemy. That’s why we have a CIA. It’s why we have an NSA. These top secret government spy organizations were created to eavesdrop, to snoop, to sniff out what America’s enemies were thinking, and planning, and doing.
That’s why this peek at the CAI, the Community Associations Institute is so important. They’re urging homeowners to attend HOA meetings and vote. CAI is arrogant enough to figure that homeowners will vote to keep their corrupt HOA lobbying organizations in power. But their message shouldn’t be lost on any of us.

For the past two days I’ve been absolutely addicted to something on the web. Can’t take my eyes off of it. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has placed a high quality live camera right next to a nest of bald eagles, that grand symbol of America.
Just a couple days ago they hatched a chick. I think there are two more eggs in the nest but I can’t tell for sure. Dad is usually off hunting.
