Nevada HOA Corruption Reaches the Top

Once again, Nevada is showing the country that it’s the most corrupt Homeowners Association state in America. Their Supreme Court Chief Justice tipped off her girlfriend, a top suspect in an FBI investigation, that she was about to get raided. That’s an old story.

Here’s a new one: Now a prominent Nevada State Legislator is trying to get a fistful of anti-homeowner bills enacted. Oh yes, she forgot to tell voters that she works for the Del Webb Corporation which sets up some of the most criminal Homeowners Associations in the country.

HOA problems are so rare, say the insiders. B.S. says every homeowner who’s personally experienced HOA abuse by the lawn Nazis.

Mr. Lucas you say that Nevada is showing the country that it’s the most corrupt HOA state in America.

I live in an HOA in a 3000 home plus, over 55 community in the California desert and I think that California could wrest the “Pepsi challenge” regarding HOA corruption away from Nevada.

It’s absolutely lawless here. It’s a legal “fantasyland”.

The cherry on top of this sundae is that we are at the mercy of the Associa/PCM HOA management oligarchy.

Hi Patrick. I think a lot of states could fight for the title of “Most Corrupt HOAs.” And my condolences for having to deal with ASSOCIA. The horror stories grow every year.

The Nevada Supreme Court Justice Nancy Saitta just happens to be stepping down. Not only was she the one that leaked to her friend Nancy Quon, that the FBI was coming after her, but she is the same judge that ruled in the superlien priority case SFR investments Pool giving SFR a huge win !!!The judge fails to disclose that both attorneys in the SFR CASE JACQUELINE GILBERT AND HOWARD KIM WERE BOTH HER LAW CLERKS. She gave them the win and they stole over 2.2 billion dollars of bank owned properties, SAITTA helped justify their thievery………

I reside in Arizona and this state is the worst of the worst. Many attorneys have indicated that if one can afford them, then you can walk away. How can one leave their home and nowhere to move to and under water. This management and board has drained us and most people here do not pay anything and gets away with it.

The politicians and anything political continues to rule in favour for the managements throughout the valley. Where I reside is notorious, corrupted, mismanagement of funds, hiking our fees annually and blowing up the financial reports and hardly any owners to vote them off or to file bankruptcy, which needs to happen. They have the water on every night and floods are everywhere. They steal from you and there are no laws against it.

We have been in contact with reporters and consumer advocates and not a one will intervene, due to the legal issues from the HOAs.

All of our homes are dumps, structures are in poor shapes and the list goes on.
