There’s so much official corruption in Pennsylvania that it’s not surprising when the corruption model goes all the way down to private Homeowners Associations. After all, when judges face prosecution for such things as bribery and selling kids to perverts for cash, where is the moral standard?
What official in public office is setting the example for honest and decent conduct? Apparently, moral leadership is severely lacking in that state.
Now, an entire family has been arrested for embezzling from the Skyview Homeowners Association in Richland Township, Pennsylvania.

Thank you Ward for sharing this HOA account. Another isolated incident, right? I think not. I trust this report does not even scratch the surface of the HOA criminality in areas of Pennsylvania. Yes, it is a report about theft of funds, but what about the theft of homes and equity and the fraud and criminality by HOA board members, attorneys (HOA and other) judges, or former judges and magistrates, or former magistrates, banksters and insurance industry personnel who may be involved? For years PA HOA victims and advocates have been requesting legitimate FBI, USDOJ and US Attorney investigations, along with investigations by PA DA’s, PA State Police, PA Human Relations, PA Housing officials, Office of the PA Attorney General, PA Governor’s Office, and a range of PA elected officials from PA Representatives to the US Congress members representing PA and more. The HOA atrocities in areas of Pennsylvania are among the worst, if not the worst in the nation I believe and the elected officials there could care less. There need to be investigations and prosecutions and especially of any attorneys involved, HOA board members, judges, or former judges, and other accomplices. The crimes committed against the innocent HOA homeowners, including the housing thefts, and the perpetrators utilizing the courts knowingly and fraudulently to do so should be reason enough to prosecute those responsible. In the link to the story provided with this blog there is a sentence that says “Officials say the homeowner association will likely be reimbursed after the matter is resolved in court.” Oh, really, isn’t this comforting. Just a question though, where do those being stolen from by the HOA boards, attorneys and their other accomplices to go to be “reimbursed” for their homes, equity, belongings and all the years they have been fighting for justice and to make sure the range of HOA abuses and HOA criminality and HOA housing theft never happens to another HOA homeowner ever again in Pennsylvania?
