I get many emails from folks who’ve discovered my book, Neighbors at War: The Creepy Case Against Your Homeowners Association. All of them have been heartwarming and appreciated. Many have been written since the Kindle version came out a couple of months ago. And what really helps is the amazing number of positive reviews you’ve given my book on Amazon. Every time a new positive review comes out, I see book sales rise.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read, review and refer my book to others. And thank you for your newly aroused activism in your own neighborhoods. In Kansas City, Las Vegas, Arizona, North Carolina, Florida and Texas, I see homeowners actually winning. We desperately need to keep reclaiming the Constitutional rights we’ve lost to the HOA movement. Every time I hear your horror stories it raises my ire, and doubles my determination to keep fighting. But it’s your victory stories which are the most encouragement to me.
Again, thank you.
Ward Lucas
My thanks goes to you, Ward for writing a book that exposed the absolute truth about HOAs across America. Without you, we could not have come together across this country to form the strongest team of HOA Reform Activists to ever hit the country.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Your words are appreciated, Nila, but I’m a latecomer to this fight. Others like Evan McKenzie, George Staropoli, Jan Bergemann, Shu Bartholomew all came first and have fought the hardest. And Nila, you deserve high praise for your fight to change the laws in Kansas.
Ward, you wrote a great book. I was shocked at how much we have in common–I wrote a review over at Amazon and also mean every word of it. (review 29, I think–to be reviewed before they put it up)
You also shocked me about some of the things a board will stoop to (not an easy job). If we keep marching forward and keep exposing the abuse, hopefully we will change the HOA hells trapping so many citizens presently. One foot in front of the other–thanks!
Shelly, I just now read your review. Thank you very much! Yes, education is the biggest and most difficult step we have to take. But unless we do, we’ll see this wonderful country torn apart by this movement. And don’t EVER be shocked by how horrible some board members can be. There are some angels out there, but we just have to bring about some fundamental changes in law so we can start taking back our country.
