This letter to the editor of a Pennsylvania newspaper by a CAI member is terrifying. He doesn’t use the words ‘fascist’ or ‘communist’ but it’s a pretty wild look at what homeowners have done to themselves by buying into the concept of Homeowners Associations. This country has essentially sold its soul to the devil. We have created a parallel system of government which has no controls, no ethics, no honesty. It’s a system of trial lawyers, by trial lawyers, and for trial lawyers. Homeowners have no access to traditional Constitutional rights. And the concept of true home ownership is a thing of the past.
Thank you, Ward Lucas writing on this HOA report from Pennsylvania. Elected officials, investigators, and law endforcement agencies need to shine a very bright light on the HOA homeowner horrors, corruption, colusion, legal and judicial abuses, slapp, fraudulent property thefts and more that have been ongoing in areas of Pennsylvania for years and years and hold all these criminals and all their syndicte members accountable! No matter who they are, or who they know, they have to be made known to the public and held accountable! Additionally, ther public deserves to know the thruth about HOAs, and the “concept” as it exists now in Pennsylvania and that they have no rights, no right to protections of the laws, no right to due process, nothing in these secretive and criminal acts against innocent and unsuspecting homeowners in HOAs in Pennsylvania.
All an HOA homeowner is in Pennsylvania, and probably elsewhere in the country, is a living, breathing ATM card. Those in these criminal syndicates assume the HOA homeowners have endless money streams to fit their fancy. Legal, or not and legitimate, or not, and even if demands are fabricated and extortion, it is pay up on demand and ask no questions, because if one does and is stumbling over ongoing criminality on an HOA board, this innocent and usnsupecting HOA homeowner is going to end up physically assaulted, their home continually damaged, even with “suspicious fires,” threatened, harassed, driven from their home, slapped and made homeless by the criminal HOA syndicates operating in courts in Pennsylvania, like Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Wake up Pennsylvania elected officials, law enforcement and investigators!
BTW, I just want to let readers of this blog know I sent the comment posted above, along with the link and all related to this blog post by Ward Lucas to hundreds of Pennsylvania elected officials, HOA homeowner advocates, members of the press, including investigative journalists in television and print media, law enforcement officials, HOA victims, those with the Pennsylvania court systems and others.
