Just the Daily Tragedy

Another American homeowner is about to lose his home to his HOA.

David Moore has lived in the Huntington Place Homeowners Association in San Antonio, Texas, for eighteen years. But two years ago the neighborhood’s management company began assessing fines against Moore that added up to more than two hundred thousand dollars for alleged covenant violations. Among the violations, not keeping his grass short enough, and for a cat door built in his garage nearly two decades ago.

Moore will eventually learn that very few homeowners win this kind of fight. HOAs in Texas and elsewhere are being taught to taunt homeowners into expensive legal confrontations. Moore’s assets will end up in the hands of law firms and HOA management companies.

It’s just another example of a tort system that’s wildly out of control.

  1. Stop HOA Fraud

Our Reno, Nevada HOA threatened so-called “troublemakers”/HOA embezzlement whistleblowers that we would “all be sanctioned (extorted) out of here.” NEVADA HOA MAFIA is alive and well! The Nevada HOA Mafia forces homeowners to pay embezzlement and extortion and even eventually fraudulently foreclose on homeowners and Fannie Mae (through slander of title, fraudulent liens)!

This is blatant mortgage fraud, but feds, Nevada Attorney General, local district attorney all look they other way – aiding and abetting and protecting these HOA criminals!

  2. Stop HOA Fraud

Foreclosures were “premeditated” because our HOA threatened we’d be “sanctioned (extorted) out of (t)here.”

The HOA’s intent/motive was to drive homeowners out with embezzlement amd extortion, steal titles, and get a few dozen free homes!!!

In my opinion, Amerika/SCAMerica is turning into a third-world country to allow such atrocities and corruption!

  3. Stop HOA Fraud

I doubt Fannie Mae is disclosing Nevada HOA fraud (slandered titles, extortion, fraudulent liens and foreclosures) to its investors or the SEC.
