I’ve known people that do lots of research for a set of tires, washing machine, telescope, car, laundry soap and shampoo. Asking those same folks what they know about their HOA usually gets a responsive “not too much” shrug. Your book is truly the only place people can resource to learn the whole truth and nothing but the truth about their HOA. Following this website gives us daily insight to more of the truth. I for one, appreciate your efforts to educate people about HOAs. I want to see major changes in the world of HOAs and I don’t believe it can happen until the masses are educated and motivated.
