Las Vegas TV reporter Darcy Spears is the First Lady of HOA exposures and she’s got another great one. This time it’s not a crooked board. It’s an HOA management company that’s doing its level best to ruin a little old lady. Phony dues, phony charges, threats of liens and foreclosures. Even the HOA board which fired this company says it’s all bogus.
This has to be seen to be believed.

She has not lost her home but let me tell you first hand it is devastating to have your home and belongings damaged, time and time again, broken into by a board member, tenants when you cannot live there due to to the unwarranted harassment, terrorizing, threats of bodily harm and HOA board criminality! Then, your home and equity and all are stolen in their range of crimes, extortion, legal and judicial collusion and criminality and frauds and forgery upon the courts! This is the way HOAs operate in areas of Pennsylvania, like Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and it appears locales in other states across America! The HOA victims across the country deserve to be heard, the predators and perpetrators of HOA crimes and injustices prosecuted, no matter who they are, or who they know and their victims rectified as best as can be! What about the range of HOA criminality and corruption does law enforcement and our state and federal investigative agencies “not get?”
