Ah yes, I do like to keep you posted on embezzlers who steal from their their neighbors. It’s such a personal crime. You have to look your neighbors right in the eye and tell them, “I’m robbing you blind and you’re too stupid to know.”
We’re not too stupid. We just don’t have the guts to spread the word. But that may be changing.

Thank you for posting a blog on yet another alleged HOA embezzlement, Ward Lucas. One problem is though, with the countless reports of all these types of crimes across the country and the outrageous amounts of monies reported stolen, in situations such as this in HOAs, (COAs, POAs, etc. too), and even in the Las Vegas investigations in the “HOA Scandal,” it is never reported on how many homes may have stolen in the process of this criminality! We all know how and why these fraudulent HOA foreclosures are taking place, and how many secret cover ups are taking place on an HOA board! Many times there are other accomplices, like some attorneys, banksters, and even judges, or former judges. I would like to hear from all the homeowners in this group and any possible victims. Additionally, obviously the mainstream media and local press are not going to report on any of the HOA property thefts. It is my experience and the experience of numbers of other HOA abuse, fraud, criminality, legal abuse and property theft victims that, typically, if a member of the press will take a truthful account from an HOA homeowner victim, it is only to pump the victims for info, they then take back to the perpetrators and any accomplices there may be.
My condo association always says they don’t have money to replant damaged or dead trees and shrubs. Hum . . .

The Condo Association Over Assesses and fails to provide Certified Original Receipts for the work we are assessed for. How long can a COA keep assessed monies and Not do the work? How long can a Condo President Stay In Control? There Should Be A limit! The Manager was Fired For Stealing From Her Last HOA CAM Position & Arrested For Writing Worthless Checks & Failure To Appear. She has over 500 Social Security Numbers Of The Elderly & Conducts The Background Checks. A Former Criminal!
